Blackpool - Modus Properties

We designed the Houndshill Food Deck as part of a contract to redesign the entire mall.

As a calm space in a Blackpool themed mall, we designed the Food Deck to continue in this theme, but also to provide a more relaxing area for visitors. We achieved this by using large scale panoramic images of Blackpool’s beach and sea in grey toned colours on the walls. As we continued this natural colouring through the floor finishes and the furniture, the space appears serene throughout.

The simplicity of the design further allows the space to conform to health and safety cleaning requirements.
